The combined Pilates Mat & Reformer program dives into the historical roots of Pilates, the key movement principles and over 200 mat and Reformer exercises that build from the Body Harmonics® Foundations to the advanced Pilates classical repertoire. Our step-by-step cueing formula™ and foolproof approach to building exercise sequences are included to help you learn how to teach Pilates so that it is both accessible and challenging. Upon completion, you will have the confidence and expertise to build bodies with balanced strength and flexibility, improve movement and function, manage injuries and to fine-tune athletic performance. You also develop skills to teach functional and challenging group classes and one-on-one sessions with healthy populations in a variety of settings. . Move well. Teach well. Be well.™

- Learn the art of versatile class design practices to develop classes for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels
- Explore ways of working with individual clients in a one-on-one setting
- Explore the basic fundamentals of postural analysis and learn primary postural assessment techniques and functional anatomy related to spine, lower limb and upper limb

Written Test Fees: Included in tuition
Practical Evaluation Fee: $320 per attempt due at time of scheduling

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the start date will be refunded minus 15% of the total tuition fee. Cancellations received 7-29 days prior to the start date will be refunded minus 50% of the total tuition fee. No refund less than 7 days prior to or anytime after course start date. To avoid any cancellation penalty, course registrations may be postponed or applied to a different course with permission up to 7 days before the course start date for a $100 administrative fee. All postponements are non-refundable.
NOTE: In the event that the workshop is rescheduled, any registrants will be given the option to take the workshop as a Private Tutorial on the same date or an alternate date that is convenient within a 3 months of the cancelled course date.
