This course covers the characteristics of functional and structural scoliotic patterns, and how they affect posture and muscle activation throughout the body. Learn how to apply this knowledge towards determining effective exercise protocols for scoliosis. You will leave with fresh observation skills and a new understanding of spinal mechanics and their influence on both structure and function.
