Drawing on the historic and contemporary frameworks of les chaines musculaires, Anatomy Trains, and GDS (Godelieve Denys Struyf), this workshop helps you navigate several different conceptions of myofascial lines in the body from a movement education perspective. Using Pilates-based exercises, we put these criss-cross lines of movement to work to optimize their functioning. The overall objective is to help teachers see systemic patterns for movement in the body, followed by a review of key exercises to target each one.
