In this course, you learn to analyze patterns of ambulation from the feet up through the legs and hips, into the pelvis and up the spine into shoulders. Based on the Spinal Engine theory, this valuable course will help you see the gait mechanics as a whole-body experience. Your power of observation and understanding of how movement is integrated as we walk will expand dramatically. You will leave with a completely new way of seeing bodies as people walk, and with a repertoire of simple exercises that have profound and positive effects on a person’s gait mechanics.

Cancellations received 7-29 days prior to the start date will be refunded minus 50% of the total tuition fee. No refund less than 7 days prior to or anytime after course start date.
