This course focuses on three pieces of equipment: the foam roller, swivel discs, and stability ball. Simple, portable, and versatile, each piece of apparatus adds challenge and depth to classes and one-on-one sessions. Learn to create balanced deep and superficial support in the hips, shoulders, and upper torso. Build exercise sequences from simple to complex, and from relatively stable to extremely unstable. Equipped with both conceptual and kinesthetic understanding, you leave this course ready to teach core stability and balance training in a way that engages the body in every plane and direction.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the start date will be refunded minus 15% of the total tuition fee. Cancellations received 7-29 days prior to the start date will be refunded minus 50% of the total tuition fee. No refund less than 7 days prior to or anytime after course start date. To avoid any cancellation penalty, course registrations may be postponed or applied to a different course with permission up to 7 days before the course start date for a $100 administrative fee.
