Our Diverse Populations Specialist program helps build expertise in key areas to zero in on the needs of specific individuals or groups. We focus on current research, practical techniques and exercises that can easily translate into specialized classes. Currently the program highlights three populations: Athletes, Moms and Kids, and Older Adults. In each case, the philosophy is to help clients move optimally according to their needs and expectations.
